KAZAN, May 18 (PRIME) -- Growth of Russia’s gross domestic product (GDP) can exceed the Economic Development Ministry’s forecast of 1.2% in 2023 if the trend of January–March persists, Minister Maxim Reshetnikov said at a forum on Thursday.
“Presently, we expect the economy to rise by 1.2%, but the first quarter’s data demonstrate that we can see more if the trend persists,” he said.
